Dance class was pretty fun. I liked the dance! :) I ended up going to Kole’s after dance, and then to Trader Joe’s. Mmmm.
Friday I went to work, and got some excellent McDonald’s coffee. Totally helped! I don’t know how I’ll go without that in the mornings! :) After work, I ended up going to the Home Show with Matt. Ben went as well. We grabbed some food before Matt’s shift, then went and watched him talk to his many fans. He and Anthony had the same shift, but Anthony was leaving early, so I had to be his company. We looked around afterwards as well. Afterwards, I came home, and talked to my sister for a little bit. That’s always fun! I miss her! :( I got ready to go out to dinner with Jeff. I got my hair really straight so that made me really happy! I wore my new jeans that I got the night before from Kole’s! I love them! My new favorite jeans… if only they weren’t SO long! :) Jeff picked me up, and we went to P.F. Chang’s. We walk in, and as luck would have it, Matt and his bff Joel was there. What are the odds? So after an awkward depart, we went and hung out at the bar. This guy ended up giving us his number, so we got sat really quickly. Haha, totally pissed off Matt. Poor guy. Dinner was really good! Mmmm. I think I really confused the waiter a few times, but I’m just that awesome! :) Jeff showed me where he lives, so I could take care of his kitten while he’s out of town. We played Yahtzee. I won. I had never played before. It was pretty fun.

Saturday, like every Saturday it seems lately, I woke up to Taylor calling me. Hahaha. So I got up, and met him at the Fox to watch him play in a pool tournament. Then we grabbed some lunch at Einstein’s/Starbucks. Mmmmmm. I love those places! Later, Taylor went in to work with me so I could show him around the studio. We sat in on the 5:30 show. Matt was working (since Jeff is out of town) and I told him that I was going to dinner with Taylor later. Hahaha… he was all, so that’s the kind of girl you are. He made a few other comments about the night before… Great. After the show, we went to Sean and Elise’s house. Then I left to head off to Jeff’s place to feed the cat. Anna tried to meet me… and after getting just a little lost, we found each other. I fed the cat, and we played with it for a little bit. Then we headed down to 4th to meet up with Maeve and a few of her friends, Jessica and Jason, who are in from out of town. We moved from the Shanty down to Plush. Taylor, Sean, and Elise meet us down there. I saw Chris, and got to meet the new guitar player. After that, Anna and I headed to Applebee’s, and Taylor joined us. Fun night.

This morning, I got up early, and went to Maeve’s It’s a Grind, got some coffee (I think I’m addicted…) and Maeve, Anna, and her sister Sara picked me up. We headed down (or up?) to Eloy, where we met up with Taylor, Hunter, and his co-worker Eric. The five of them went skydiving, while Sara and I stayed on the ground and took pictures! :) They are much braver than I’ll ever be! It looked like a blast though! We headed back to Tucson, and had some delicious In N Out! Then I went home, packed a bag of funness… yes, that’s right, FUNness… as in Season 2 of Gilmore Girls, popcorn, some water bottles (and a few extra DVD’s just in case). Then I headed over to Jeff’s apartment, and played with Sebastian, the cat, made some popcorn, and watched Gilmore Girls for a few hours. Tried to play a little guitar hero. Watched a little ANTM on TV. Cleaned up after the cat. And maybe even fell asleep for a minute or two. Then I came home, and had some homemade tacos made by my mom. Mmm. God. I could get used to being home alone… in my own little apartment. Just wait. By the end of the year, I’ll be on my own. Until then… I’ll just keep saving… pft. Haha.

| You're so vain... |

Ok… So I’ve been doing pretty good about going to the gym. I didn’t go today… but this week I’ve gone everyday, so it’s my day off. So one Monday I did the elliptical for 5.25 miles, plus .5 backwards (like and hour plus the five minute cool down). Then on Tuesday I met with a personal trainer (since you get one free meeting with them when you join) so now I have a better weekly plan. So then I did a ton of weight training for the arms. I’m so weak! Then I played basket ball with Matt and Josh! Hee hee. It was fun. Then I went upstairs and did 3 miles (half an hour) on a machine. Wednesday I did weight training for abs and legs, then did three miles (like 20 minutes) on a stationary bike machine.
Alright, so lets see… Monday night I didn’t do much…We had dinner consisting of little franks wrapped in croissant parts… veggies and fruit… and watched the championship game. As soon as it went into OT, I was all… It’s just like ’97! And then the announcer said it was the first overtime championship game since Arizona v. Kentucky (both Wildcats) in 1997! I was very proud of myself! :)
Tuesday after the gym I came home, and eventually got ready and met Jeff at the Tucson Mall to go to the baseball game. Jay was going to go too… but he had to work. Then we headed off to In N Out for dinner (he owed me because I got him dinner when we went out for his birthday).

Wednesday was a long day of pulling wires at work… boooo… but it was pretty fun during the shows. Rebecca called off, so it was just Josh and Matt. They crack me up. Then I met up with Taylor at Beyond Bread. It was raining, and it reminded me of the time I went there with Chelsea and Rylan, and there was like a huge storm! Then we saw Nick! Then we saw this guy back into another car… Good times! After lunch, I drove Taylor to the U, and waited while he ran into the bookstore. I went back to work and ordered a shirt that has the KVOA logo on it! Woohoo! Then I went to Plato’s Closet, but didn’t find anything really awesome. Then I headed off to the gym. I came home, and when Anna got off work, I met her at Payless, and then we walked around the mall. Again, I didn’t find anything. We headed over to the Fox and Hound for pool and food. We got something new! I usually get the pesto pizza, and she gets the pepperoni pizza… but we split the pesto ziti and a salad. Oh my god… it was so good! Mmmm. Then I got to play… I won my first game, but then got really nervous, and lost the next two. Oh well. It was fun.

Today work was pretty slow. I was tired again, but I woke up a little more than the day before. I got a Cosmo on my break, and read that for like an hour. There wasn’t much going on at work. Sometimes I really like the dead days. Sometimes I really like the busy days. Today, I was really happy for a dead day, because I was personally dead! Haha. So then I was planning on skipping the gym, so I could go home and take a nap… but when I got off work, I had a text from Chris telling me to go hang out with him. So I went to B&N and he went on his lunch break. We walked over to Starbucks, got some coffee, then just chatted. Now I’m just home, and pretty soon I’ll head off to dance. One week since I rear-ended that car. Booo. :(

Alright, so one thing I left out was my two ski/snowboarding trips. I took one trip at the end of December with a bunch of guys… story of my life. It was really fun. Taylor drove, and Mike and I rode up there with him. We met up with Gus and Joey. It was a really cold night, and to top matters off… the heat in the house was not working!!! Joey was my bunk bed roommie, and he cheated, and turned on the “forbidden” heater. The next night, all of those heaters were turned on in the house! After a day of snowboarding we had a little party. Good times.
I went up again with Anna, Taylor, Kara, Kami, Elise, Sean, and Brendan. Anna and I drove up to Phoenix and picked up Brendan. We stayed at his parents house. I tried this new thing, called blades. Oh my god. So much more fun. They are mini skis but with no poles. So much fun.
One other thing is that I joined a gym. Oy vey right! But so far so good. The first day (Tuesday) I ran 5 miles on the treadmill. Then Wednesday I did it again! Thursday, I decided to take it a little easier because I had my hip hop class… so I did two miles on an elliptical machine. However, that was not a good day, because I got into a car accident on my way to dance. Booo. My fault. My first real accident. It was only a fender bender… but it still freaked me out quite a bit.
Friday, my work had a BBQ for us at noonish. So when I got off work, I headed out for a nice hamburger cooked by my boss. It was nice to mingle with the co-workers. Friday night, Anna and I went to see the small release called Teeth. Oh my god. That was one crazy/funny horror movie! Hahahaha. Good times. Then the two of us hung out at Starbucks on University. Made me really happy I don’t have homework anymore. That’s for sure. Then we headed over to Danny’s B… the place that we had Rachel’s surprise party… and met up with Jeff Beamish, Jay Campbell, Anthony Cabrera, and an editor Josh. We all played some pool. Anna and I went easy on the guys… we didn’t want to make them look bad in front of their fans… It was funny though, Anthony did have a little crowd of fans… gotta love the television industry!
Saturday I slept until 4:00pm. Wow… Got up, got ready, and went to the baseball game with my parents and Taylor. It was fun. Saw lots of old co-workers. Made me happy I don’t have kids yet. Hahaha. It was fun. Came home, and pretty much passed out. Whatever, I don’t get that much sleep during the week! Haha…
Sunday, I got up early, left my house at 6:15am, didn’t get parked until like 7:30am… walked to the park… saw Anna for about 30 seconds… threw my stuff at Jeff and Jay at the KVOA booth, and got in the crowd to go run for Race for the Cure. After I finished my 3.1 run, I went back over to the booth, and hung out there. It was really funny to watch all the guys with there autographs! Hahaha… Tyler, Jeff, Jay, Anthony, Martha, Josh, John, Kristi, and Tom were all there signing. It was fun. Afterwards, I met my parents at Mimi’s. Mmmmmmmmm. The place was filled with Race for the Cure shirts! Haha. Then went home, and took a nap. Then got up, got ready, got some coffee, and picked up Taylor and headed to Tower to meet Anna and Maeve for Nim’s Island. It was cute, but not spectacular.
Today, back to work. It’s early. It’s getting pretty repetitive. I wish I made more… I sometimes want to get a second job… but then realize I like having a semi-decent social life… and why not… I’m young… I’ll get there… eventually. Just no more car accidents! Oh, and I’m going to the Josh Turner/Carrie Underwood concert! Woohoo!

Oh good lord… where has the time gone? I guess I haven’t updated this in a very long time. I guess a lot has happened… Life just kind of took over.
Yes, went to Vegas for the first time of legal age. Let’s just say, seven girls, one room… Pretty much got everything free… we had a total blast!!
Finally… FINALLY I finished school. FOR-EV-ER!!!!! YAY!!!! I even got Honorable Mention for my final semester! I finally got things right! My grades were what I use to get in High School… only took me five and a half years to get my life back in order! Haha. But I did it, and I got that Diploma that I have been working for. I had lots of bumps… and lots of majors… but finally settled on something that I think I will actually enjoy, not just be able to do it. Of course we had a big get together… but the highlight was having my sister back in town. It’s crazy not having her here!
Right out of school I got a job in my field… and when I say right out of school, I mean, I had to plan my first week of work around my graduation! I started working at KVOA News 4. I started as a part time studio production assistant for the nightside. The guy that started the same time as me was also an old co-worker from Michelangelo’s. Small world. I enjoyed working with the cameras, and getting the on set experience, but the working environment was a bit odd. I was the only female (which I’m not completely a stranger to) but some of the guys were a little… shall we say different… weren’t really use to having members of the opposite sex around… and just made much of the time spent in the studio awkward for me. When I heard of a morning position opening, which also meant full time, I quickly jumped up to be considered for the position. Although there were many people that I was sad to be leaving behind… it was much better working in the mornings. The morning crew was much more at my speed. My studio co-worker and I got along right of the bat, which was a huge comfort that I made the right decision. The morning “talent” were closer in age to me, and were all really nice to me from the start. The only hard part is that when I say morning position… I mean I get to work at 4:00 am! So… I have to get up at 3:00 in the morning!!!! Now, if you have ever known me… you will know that this is a drastic change! I’m still not used to it, and I switched over at the beginning of January. Which leads me to the topic of insomnia... which, is nothing new, as seen in any other entry I have ever written… ever. I just don’t sleep a lot… ever… and it’s finally taking a toll. I seem to always be tired… except maybe on the weekends… hahaha… But I’m dealing with it. I have gone out with my co-workers on a couple different occasions. During my first month, I went to Riley’s and sang karaoke with many of my new co-workers. Then after switching to mornings, I went bowling with many of my co-workers, most of whom I had never met before. Then we went out for a little karaoke and then finished the night at IHOP. Mmmm. Chris had a going away party, another trip to Riley’s, Brandi’s going away party (The Shanty then Cactus Moon), I even had Ben go with us when Anna, Kara, Kirk (her boyfriend), and I went tango dancing. Once after work, Jeff (meteorologist), Anthony (reporter), Ben (studio), and I went to a Spring Training game. Another night we went out to celebrate Jeff’s “6th” birthday… since he is a leap day baby. Many good times have been had with these new co-workers. Oh, I even helped Matt (morning meteorologist) move! I’m so helpful! :) Alright… enough about these people…
One really sad event that has happened was that The Format… my favorite band… broke up. Sad. Very sad. No more new Format songs… Still really sad.
I just saw Limbeck this past Tuesday with Anna and Maeve. The show didn’t get out until 12:15ish… which would never have been a problem… but it was in the middle of the week… and I get up at 3:00 in the morning… so that night I got two hours of sleep… again with the lack of sleep thing… the constant tired feeling that I have. But it was well worth it to see the great love of my life I call Rob… haha…
One great adventure is that I traveled over the ocean for the first time. My parents and I took at trip to visit my sister… in HAWAII!!!! What a great place. A great trip. A great birthday!!! Everything. I got surf lessons for my birthday. Went body surfing on North Shore, where I heard wheals!!! Went snorkeling. Went to a lu’au for my birthday. Spent my birthday with Rachel and Jen drinking (for the first time for a LONG time!!!) and had a fun and crazy night!! Went shopping. Had a BBQ with my sister and her roommates (and Jen!!). Went to a waterfall. Went kayaking. Went on a sunset catamaran (aka booze cruise). It was a wonderful trip!!! The best part was the I got to hang out with my sister everyday!! I really did not want to leave. The hardest thing was getting back on that plane to Tucson. I was ready to stay.
A few things I’ve been doing to keep myself sane is having plans every Wednesday and Thursday. Wednesday I go to the Fox and Hound with Taylor (Anna usually too!). I became a sub on his pool league team. I’ve even won! Crazy! But really it’s a reason to get out of the house during the week and hang out with my friends! :) One Thursdays, I go to dance class with Anna. We started taking Hip Hop classes! Word! We totally shake what we’ve got every week!! Now bring on the clubs!! :)
Anna and I got our passports at the end of 2007… and we are completely repaired to use them this year!!! That is our big plan!!!
That’s all for now… I just plan on working and saving so my dreams of whatever can start happening this year. I’m ready. Finally. And I’m really happy. I have really great friends. And nice co-workers. And a full-time job.
Thanks to Rylan for reminding me how nice it is to have a documentation of my own life… even if it’s only for me.
If this were a weekday, I’d be getting up in less than an hour. So I think I’ll go to bed. I’ve been up for nearly 24 hours. Again. Story of my life. Peace. |

Oh god, I haven’t written in this in forever! I wouldn’t even know where to start. I have been having a fun and crazy semester!! I have total senioritis, and it’s totally killing me!!! I have so much stuff to do tonight, and I’m just sitting here, talking to my Zac, about what movie we are going to watch on Thursday night… Oy Vey.
I went to the Fall Crawl this past Saturday with Maeve, Kara, Elise, Sean, and Ana. We toasted the one drink I had to being 23 and living at home. Awww. I found my group. :) Anna is almost 23… and still living at home, and Taylor will be living at home again shortly, so we would now be known as the Homies… hee hee. Good times, good times.
I’m so ready to be done with school. I don’t know if I can take it!!! This is lame. Most of the homework assignments are lame. Haha, I just am ready to be done.
There is so much stuff keeping me busy outside of school, besides me being a complete slacker. I got to shoot a music video which was so much fun. I have been going to the Fox with Maeve every Wednesday, for ladies night, but really just for a break in the middle of the week. It’s really nice. We are going to Vegas in a month! I’m so excited. I’m seeing Kelly Clarkson with Maeve, and then going to see Travis in Phoenix! I’m so excited! Then in December, Rachel is coming home!!! Yay!!!
Anna, Maeve, and I went to Phoenix to see a U of A v. ASU hockey game! It was so fun! And we totally won! Good times, good times!
Anyway, just thought I’d write a little blurb. Back to my stacks of homework I didn’t touch all weekend…

| Random summertime... |

Eh… not too much new in my life. I’ve really been taking it easy. I really miss my sister. I think that has a lot to do with it. I haven’t really felt like going out too much. I guess I kind of over did it in the previous weeks…
Friday I kind of went out… I went to Ventana’s Happy Hour. Haha. We went to the Fox and Hound afterward. Then I went to Will’s to watch The Pursuit of Happyness… yes, with a y… but really was only interested in going to get my book!!! Ahhhhhhh! So I went to Walmart… and got the final book of Harry Potter! Yay!!! Saturday, I went out with Taylor and some other girls to The Depot… where I missed my sister even more… then went down to 4th. Of course we made a late night stop at Nico’s, where Jessica let me eat some of her tortilla… which is really the only thing I like from Nico’s (what kind of a Tucson native am I!?!?!) and then called it a night.
It was really fun to see Chelsea while she was in town! We (as in Chelsea, Rylan, and I) saw Hairspray Sunday and Taylor joined us for Chuck and Larry on Monday. I had seen Hairspray on Saturday with my mom and Tasinder (and her family) already, but it is such a cute movie! I loved it! Chuck and Larry, however… I guess it was all worth it (as in the time… because no money was spent thanks to Chelsea’s perks as a manager!) because of Lance at the end!!! What a bonus! Chelsea and I were instantly 16 again! Hahaha. Good times.
I painted my parent’s bathroom on Monday… which was actually pretty fun. I listened to music all day… including my Billy Ray… which I was totally in the mood for because I have become hooked on Hannah Montana… yes, I think I’m ready for school to be back in… What did I just say… no I’m not… but I am getting a little stir crazy…
I finished Harry Potter on Tuesday!!! Such a great book! The best of the series! I loved it! I can’t believe I read a 759 page book in three days! Definitely a record for me!
That’s about all… I’m really ready to be done with school. I’ll just have to tough it out for a few months… just five more months… which is the same amount of time I have to though it out without my sister. :( But she’ll be here to see me graduate which is the coolest, most exciting thing ever. And we are going to go out to Hawaii in like January to see her!!! And then what… Bah! How long before I can move to LA??? How long before I have everything paid off… How long before I have a job… that one better be soon! Hahaha.
There have been so many pretty storms lately! I love it!! My mom and I got stuck at Target yesterday! We went to leave, and the trees were like at 45-degree angles! So we waited it out in Target! Haha. Good times!!!

Welcome back to my public private blog! :)
So, it’s been a really long time since I’ve written in this thing. A ton of stuff has happened! I don’t even know where to begin. For the first time in a long time… and possibly the last time ever… I am not in school, and I’m not working. Which, in its self, has made my life able to be as crazy as it has been. I took two classes over summer… one in presession and one in session one. For the most part I was working during both. I was a temp, and since with my school schedule (the fact that I will go back to school in a month) they weren’t able to leave me as a temp for more the six months, so my temp-hood ended. But I might get to do some editing work with them occasionally, which is awesome! I am single again, but it is totally different than it was before. I am really happy and enjoying my time being single. I’m not really looking for anything, but that doesn’t stop me from having fun. I’ve been dating a little. It’s been fun. Although my last relationship didn’t last, I don’t regret anything about it. The only thing I regret is that it started so soon after my previous relationship. I really did not want the relationship to start back up, but things were so right for us at the time. We had both grown up a lot over the time we were apart, and it was the right timing for us to try it again. Although I really did love him, we were too different it some ways. I decided to end it, and he agreed. We tried the friend thing, but he wasn’t ready, and that was hard on me as well. Hopefully one day, we will be able to be friends again. Until then, I’ll enjoy the friendships I have. I am lucky enough to be friends with Dave again. Having both of these guys out of my life would have been extremely hard, and I feel very fortunate to have one friendship back.
I really am loving life right now. However, I am completely sad because Rachel just moved to Hawaii. I am so happy for her, but I totally miss her! Chelsea will be moving fairly soon as well. I’m graduating in December, and I’m getting a little apprehensive about what is going to happen to my life over the next year. This is one reason that I am not looking for a relationship! I have no idea where I will be. I really want to move to LA, but I have a lot of saving to do before I can do that. But I really feel like I am finally ready to move away. I am the biggest baby, and I will be the first to say that, but I really haven’t been ready to live away from my parents. I finally am past that point, and I just want to live alone. I know I won’t be able to afford living alone in LA, but living with roommates is perfectly fine with me. I’m really ready to start my own chapter in my life, but is scares me more than anything. However, it really makes me want these next few months to be over soon, so I can start.
Last Tuesday, I drove up to Phoenix and picked up Chelsea from the airport. We hung out for a bit, while she unpacked. Then we went to the glorious In N Out for lunch! Then we went to a screening of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix! (In Phoenix!) This was the day BEFORE it came out, which made me so incredibly happy! Haha. It was amazing! When we walked out of the show (started at 2:45… so it was about 5:00pm) there were already kids lining up for the midnight showing!!! They were sitting in line, playing cards! Oh my god! How crazy! So Chelsea and I went back to her house, looked up random stuff online… aka, Perezhilton, and then went back to the theater for another screening at 7:45! That’s right! I saw the movie TWICE in one day before it even came out!!! I was one happy girl!!! Haha. Then I drove home, pretty tired, but entertained myself by taking no-flash pictures of the cars on the highway! Haha. Good times.
Friday (the 13th) was one of the longest days ever! Rachel and I stayed up pretty late, making cookies, and eating most of the dough!!! It was a great last activity to have with my sister! I went to bed at like 2:00am. Got up a little after 4:00am, and left for the Phoenix airport. I slept a little on the way. We had some breakfast in the airport with Rachel, then sent her on her way to Hawaii! We stayed in the airport until she was past the security, and walk far enough into the area that we could not longer see her. It was very emotional. We went to Mimi’s Café, but I went back into the car, and got about 10 minutes of sleep. My parents dropped me off at Target, where I hung out and read magazines for a little over an hour. Then changed and waited for Kara, Anna, and Taylor to get there. We went to the Salt River, and went tubing with a ton of Kara’s co-workers. It was a huge group (the same group went up there about two months earlier). Ton of fun! I didn’t even burn this time! Woohoo! Anna was Mary Poppins on the trip. She had a nice umbrella, and was able to defend me against the evils of the sides, when the river steered us to the sides. It was so much fun! Then we went to In N Out, because what is a trip to Phoenix if you don’t have some In N Out! (Even if there is one in Tucson now) Then we dropped off Taylor at the baseball game, and Maeve (who met us at In N Out), Kara, Anna, and I went to the concert!!!! First Reuban’s Accomplice played. Then like four Beatles songs in between. Then Steel Train came on. Again the Beatles played and I danced and sang in my seat. I went down and get a Limbeck shirt. Yay! Went back to our seats, and Limbeck came on! Yay! Then next up was a comedian! How fun is that! A comedian at a music concert! I thought he was so funny! Then finally The Format! Yay! It was such a good concert! Saw Sam and Anita both before and after the concert. :) Then I drove back with Kara, Anna drove back with Maeve. Maeve and Kara had to work in the morning, Anna took me home from It’s a Grind. What a fun day! I didn’t get to bed until about 3am! I slept most of the next day. Got up at like 2:30. Then fell back to sleep for a while. Finally got up (around 5:30 or so) and got some stuff done around the house. Tim and Kendra came back here after they went to dinner with my parents. I had some of their leftovers, then went to Taylor’s and watched some Soprano’s with Andrew and Ian. Today, I didn’t do too much again. Lazy weekend. I got the old Hairspray from Blockbuster and we watched that while having a stake dinner! Mmmmm!! Saw the end of 50 First Dates, which made me miss Rachel and Jen! Today there was a really nice storm. No rain really, but beautiful lightning, and it was so windy! I love it! These summer nights are one of the best things about Tucson!
My last couple of weekends have been pretty crazy, so it’s been really nice to have a somewhat mellow weekend (after Friday of course!).
I’ve been taking so many pictures lately. I love taking pictures! Weeee! Haha.

Ok, ok, I know I really shouldn’t be writing in this… but what the hell…
So I haven’t written in this is well over a month… and I can write 3 pages on 2 hours… so I’ll be as brief as I can…
I cut half my hair off… it’s short… for me… but it’s growing on me… and literally…
I started a job again at Ventana. It’s not my favorite job… but I get paid… and I get to work around my school schedule, and not have to work weekends. That works great for me! Plus, I have my mom there, and Taylor works there too, so I eat lunch with both of them, like everyday.
I went to the gem show while my Aunt was in town! Awesome!
I got addicted to the chili spiced mangos my Aunt was eating while she was here! Mmm!
I went on my first spring break trip for my LAST spring break EVER! Woohoo! We had so much fun! We went to Roper Lake in Safford! Fun!
I had my birthday… I turned 23… I went to school all day, then went to Macaroni Grill with my family and Jason. This was the first year since I started college that I didn’t go to Sakura. Then we came home, and played the new game I got from my sister! Yay! It was so much fun. The next day I took doughnuts to work and they gave me hugs! Then we all went out for lunch for the two birthday girls! Their treat! How nice are they!
For Taylor’s birthday, we went to Old Chicago and then to The Depot! Yay.
For Valentine’s Day… Jason worked all day and I had to go to school that night… then I went to Jason’s and we picked up some gourmet Micky-D’s… that’s right! Then watched The Notebook! :) It was actually really fun!
One night we all went to Taylor’s house (Jason, Taylor, Anna, Maeve, Kara, Andrew, Ian, and me) and played Scene It and Battle of the Sexes. Yay! It was really fun.
Another night, I went out with Rachel and her girlfriends. That night actually got really crazy… I started taking shots… and the night got a little blurry… hahaha… Jason was a sweetheart that night, and came and picked me up from Rachel’s, I was far from being able to drive! Haha. I was fine and all… just a little loopy… to put it lightly. :)
For St. Patty’s, I went to shopping with Taylor, then met up with Rylan for lunch. We ended up going to the mall and played air hockey, basketball… and such… (I totally beat Taylor at air hockey!). Later I met up with Taylor, Anna, Maeve, and we got some quality Sonic! Then picked up some stuff for drinks, and headed back to Maeve’s. Kara came, and we had drinks while we watched the video from spring break! FUN! Then we went to the Fox, where Elise and Sean met up with us. Once Jason got off work, he came as well. After a drink there, we played some pool!
For one UofA basketball game, we went to Maeve’s and watched it on the BIG SCREEN tv they set up outside. It was one of the blow up screens! It was huge! So much fun. That night was Taylor’s last night at BBV as well. I went in to say farewell to the place with him.
I finally got to play Wii at Jon’s house.
Chelsea finally came back down to Tucson… well I finally got to see her anyway… she moved back to Phoenix, and now I never see her! :( But today, we went to Taylor’s again, and played Squabble… which is like Battle of the Sexes meets Scene It! It was fun! I liked it. Ian didn’t like it… it wasn’t enough about movies! Hahaha. But we had fun. Then Anna and I went to Kinko’s to print out our mock layout for our poster… and Luke was working. Then he got me to go to www.robotlaundry.com. It’s like myspace, but “better” or whatever he said. It’s actually really cool… but it’s different… so I totally don’t know what to do… but he sent me a message after I found him, and said he’s forever in kinko’s debt to me… sweet! :) Haha. Anyway, it’s pretty cool.
Some things I’m looking forward to are…
RENT this weekend!!! I’m going with Rachel and her co-workers! I’m so excited!!!!!!
Then next weekend, I’m going up to Phoenix for the Tempe Music Festival with Jason!!!! He got me tickets for my birthday!! I’m so excited! A weekend we get to get out of town, and be with each other… without work… without school… Yay!!! I’m really really excited!!!!
I’m also freaking out a little… well… a LOT!!! This semester of school is coming to an end so quickly! Everything is due!! I have so many projects!!! It’s just crazy! Then, on top of everything… what am I going to do when I’m done. I will be graduated in less then a year!!!! Where will I be at this time next year?? I’m going crazy… all this thinking… it gets overwhelming to think about! I can finally see an end. Phew…
Alright… I need to get working on my homework. Gah. It’s already tomorrow… and I hadn’t even started! Haha. Peace! |

| Beautiful Weekend! |

This weekend has been so nice! The weather is absolutely beautiful! I love it! I love that when you walk into sunlight, you feel the warmth! It’s been so cold! Even in sunlight! :) I’m such a native! Rachel and Jen are freezing in Boston! I feel a little guilty! Haha… not really! It’s been so beautiful! How can you drive around withOUT the windows down!
So Friday, we did absolutely NOTHING! We watched TV… all day! Some What I Like About You, some Full House, some Jeopardy, Match Game, Next, and some other stupid shows on MTV… Then we went to Mimi’s Café, and had some really yummy food! Then watched Half Nelson! Yay!! Of course I fell asleep… for the very end, but what amazing work from my favorite mouseketeer!! Yay!
Saturday I met up with Chelsea, Rylan, Taylor, Anna, and Kara at Beyond Bread! Came home for a little bit. Then Taylor and I went to Old Navy. He got two pairs of jeans, some fleece pants, and like seven pairs of socks! Yay for clearance! Then I came home, and watched Primal Fear with my parents! Good movie! Good people! Then I went to Famous Sam’s with Anna, Taylor, Kara, and some of their friends for someone’s birthday. We did Karaoke… I sang… “Sold” and Anna sang “Stay.” She was so good! The birthday girl was Jen… who used to work at the C-Note… small world… and her friend was Bree… even smaller world! Crazy! Then we went to Waffle House… Kara jumped in my car as we were leaving… apparently the guys were waving at me in the car next to me… and they didn’t think I was safe… Haha… I didn’t notice… but thanks for looking out for me! The food was awesome! Then I went to Jason’s and tried to watch La Bamba… but fell asleep.
Sunday… was Super Bowl Sunday! Sadly, no Grey’s Anatomy this year… but it was still fun. We went to Jon’s house. Ate tons. Drank tons. I had to track the commercials for class… and my favorite was the Snicker’s commercial! Yay!
Today, I went to Ventana to have lunch with Taylor and my mom. Then went to the bank, saw Mahsa. Then went to Target… and walked around for like two hours! Maybe… But I didn’t buy anything! Hahah… I read magazines… and walked around like twenty times! Haha. It was fun. Then got some gas, and came home. Now I’m going to go clean my car, so I can pick up Rachel and Jen from the airport!
Oh… and I heard Avril’s new song, “Girlfriend.” Hahaha. It’s really different. I can totally see people dancing to it in a movie… like a scene where everyone in the club does the same dance… hahaha. That was my first thought! But it’s fun! Good times.
And I think I convinced Jason to play Scene It… now we have to work on Anna playing it… I love that game! I haven’t played it in a long time… only the ones they have On Demand! Hahaha…

Alright, so I haven't written in this thing in a long time, and I'm not going to catch up on EVERY day, like I do a lot. So here are some things that have happened...
Jennifer threw Rachel a surprise party! It was so fun! My parents came and everything. I made a cake! I miss cooking, I need to start doing that again... maybe in December when I'm done with school... until then... bring on the spaghetti-O’s! Anyway, it was a ton of fun. And I took a ton of pictures! I love my new camera! We ended up going to the Cathouse afterwards, which was fun too! I hadn’t been there in a long time.
Jason and I went to the Key’s one night, (after I completely cleaned out the pantry and organized it!) with Taylor, Anna, Maeve, and their friends. I had a blast! I really love going out dancing! Jason and Taylor stayed by the bar… but I danced all night with the girls! Yay! We went out for some much needed breakfast afterwards! I love the fact that they give you water bottles when you leave that place. I know when I was young and stupid, I thought that would sober me up more… but now I just wanted it because you get really thirsty (for water) after dancing all night. Anyway, so Anna dropped Maeve off at home before going to breakfast, so the four of us went to Waffle House! Mmm! I haven’t done that in a while either! Crazy!
Another night, we went to O’Malley’s to meet up with Courtney and her co-workers. She sent me a message inviting us out. I thought that was so nice. Rachel and Jen joined us after they were at Plush. It was fun. Earlier that day, I went to Pei-Wei’s with Rachel and Jen. Mmm. That was fun too!
Oh, it SNOWED in Tucson! How crazy is that! It was so incredibly beautiful! I was a little bummed that I didn’t have my camera with me, (like the one of two days this whole year it wasn’t in my bag) because I had just loaded all the pictures I took for my class project. Oh well, I took some pretty cool pictures with my camera phone. At least I had that! I got a text from like everyone in Tucson saying, “It’s snowing!” Hahaha! It was awesome! Jason took me out to eat that night, to Carrabba’s. Mmmm! While we were there, Derek called, saying he had gone up to the mountain (early to snowboard) but it was too bad to drive down without 4-wheel drive, or chains, so he bummed a ride with some other guys, and needed a ride back to his house. So after a really good dinner, (I love the bread too!) we walk outside… and it’s actually SNOWING! Like, snowflakes and everything! Hahaha, and they stuck to our jackets! It was beautiful! So we drove down to Jason’s work (where Derek was) and everything on our way was getting more coated with snow! So pretty! I just walked around outside, trying my hardest to make my phone camera capture how pretty it was! The next morning, I had my camera, and took pictures like crazy! I had to drop off something at school, so on my way, I just held my camera up, and snapped away! Haha. The mountains were so pretty! It was a “real” snow day! Schools were only open like half days (but they wouldn’t provide transportation, so who do you think really went!), and the bridges were closed until the one team working on them, could get there. It was weird! I felt like I was anywhere, but Tucson! I met Chelsea at Starbucks, where we just sat and looked at the mountain, while drinking our hot drinks! So fun! We went to Target and shopped around, and then met Taylor and Mark for some Quizzno’s! Mmm. So fun. I love snow!
Let’s see, yesterday, my parents had their 27th wedding anniversary! They have now been married half of their lives! That’s so sweet!
School is killing me! It’s weird when you actually want to succeed in classes, it’s a LOT more work! Haha. I really can’t wait to be finished. I’m ready to do something! Haha. But I have been spending a lot more time with school then I have before. Go me! So all those nights where I’m “going out,” it’s only on the weekends and stuff.
Chelsea moved back to Phoenix. :( I don’t like that at all! She and Rylan have been together (well, tomorrow they will be) for THREE years! That’s so cute!
So back to school, which is basically my life right now… I have two classes with Anna. It’s crazy, I have never had a class with someone I know! Hahah. It’s cool! Antonio is in one of our classes too! So that’s cool, I guess I “knew” him last year, since we had a class together over summer, but that’s different. And there are a few people that I have a few classes with again this year. The only difference, is that they are not freshmen or sophomores, like all the classes I had last year. Haha. Finally, I’m in classes with people… well, closer to my age! Haha. I’m finally closer to being done, than not! Haha. One more year. In my business class, Taylor was trying to get into it. So the first few classes, he went. But apparently, everyone has trouble getting into it! There were like 30 people trying to add that class. But while he was going, we had an assignment (which wasn’t due until now) to get together in groups for 3 or 4. So Taylor, who knows everyone, sets up a group, and then isn’t in the class. But it was cool. We stayed together. It was Alicia, Megan, and me. Hahaha. And we all had to go through Taylor to get in contact with each other! Hahaha. Alicia was talking about how she is applying for master’s school. That’s really cool. I guess a Masters in the new Bachelor’s! Crap. Rachel is looking at schools to go to, to get her Masters. Jen and Rachel are in Boston right now, looking at the school there. :( I don’t like that everyone is moving away! Morgan was talking about going to NAU to get hers. Gah, I just want to graduate! Oh well.
Well. That’s how my first month of the year has gone. It’s already February! That’s crazy! Tonight, The Format will be on Carson Daly! Yay for those guys!
This past week has been crazy! I only slept for an hour and a half before going to school yesterday. I made up for it last night thought. After Grey’s Anatomy, I was out! I got up about 11:00 this morning! Crazy! So my goal for the weekend (since everything was due last week) is to watch Lost, so I can finally give it back to Morgan, and watch the Super Bowl (which I have to for class… well the commercials anyway!) Ahhh, this should be a less stressful weekend! Alright. Peace! |

Happy New Year! So new year’s eve night, Jason and I went to Rachel’s for some spaghetti, which I thought was wonderful, and drank some wine! Yummy! Then the two of us went to Jon’s and played foosball and had more drinks. I had a shot of tequila since Jason couldn’t. He was driving! Hahaha. Then the two Jon’s stayed there, and Zac, Ashley, Courtney, Pat, Derek, Jason, and I went to Wal*Mart to pick up some more drinks! Then we went to Taylor’s to drink, BBQ, and watch the ball drop. I got a call from Morgan from Evan’s phone. Oy Vey! Once everyone left, Derek passed out on the couch, and Taylor, Anna, Jason, and I played Kemps. Woohoo! Then they attacked Derek, and I took pictures, and then we left.
Jason had to go to work the next day, and I went and met Morgan at It’s a Grind. She was studying for her classes. :( We talked for a while and I showed her some pictures. Fun! Jason and I met Taylor and Anna at the Fox and Hound. Then I went home, and started watching the America’s Next Top Model Mega Marathon! Hahahah! Joy!
The 2nd, I continued with my marathon (this takes up much of my time this week…). I met up with Morgan, Joe, Chris, JD, and Kenny (who was working) at Risky’s to “celebrate.” Morgan had many too many! Hahaha. And I have pictures at home! Then we tried to “walk it off” at Target. Chelsea and Rylan were going there, so we met up there, and walked around with them. Hahaha… more pictures! That was awesome! Then she ran into someone… her ex’s best friend/roommate… and yeah… good times. Then after being in the parking lot forever, we went back to Risky’s to get Morgan some water! Then I went home, had some dinner (grilled cheese sandwiches!) and I continued with ANTM! Yay!
The 3rd, I don’t think I did too much. I made cookies, and took some to Jason at work, and returned Funny Face! I went back home, and continued to do nothing! Hahaha, I love having brake! Then Jason had a work party, which was postponed from the previous Wednesday.
The 4th, which was a Thursday… the marathon continued. (I even skipped cycle 5, and I didn’t watch cycle 7, since that was the one that was just on, and I have seen it.) Then my sister came over for dinner. We watched Ugly Betty! There was a new episode on! And… next Thursday, a new Grey’s Anatomy is on! Yay!!! Then I went to Clicks and met up with Jason and Derek. I had made plans with Chelsea to go to campus the next day with her… only to remember that Friday was Jason’s day off, oops!
Friday, Chelsea picked me up and we went to school. She had a career counselor appointment. We got some coffee first, then she left for her appointment. I walked over to the bank, and wrote the date for the first time this year! Then I walked back, went to the Bookstore and read magazines, and then Morgan called, and was on break. So I went over and met her. When I got there, she was talking/yelling at Kenny for something he wrote to someone else. Oy vey! So then Chelsea got out of her meeting, and we went to the ILC and stayed there until Morgan got out. Then we had some coffee, well Morgan did. We hung out until she had to go back to class. Then Chelsea took me home. Jason and I went to Applebee’s with Jessica and Amanda for happy hour! I had a strawberry margarita and we had some appetizers, boneless buffalo wings and artichoke dip! Then we met Derek, Courtney, and Pat to see Children of Men. It was pretty good! I really liked it. Then we headed over to TCB and I had two Rillio Raspberry beers! Mmmm! Then we went to the Fox, where Taylor and Anna joined us.
Saturday, after Jason got off work, we went to Taste of Texas with Derek to watch the game. They lost in overtime! Boo. Then we went to Jon’s for some drinks. I did NOT like it. No milk with my alcohol thank you! Gross! We played some foosball. Then Taylor and Anna came and we played Kemps with Courtney and Jon, Taylor and Anna, and Jason and me as the teams. We won! We rock! :)
Sunday, we slept in! Until almost 2! Crazy! I went home, and watched some more of my show… I was almost done at that point! Then Jason came over after he and Derek picked up a TV… and we had dinner. So then after a while, Jason went to his house to go work on work stuff, he had to make checklists and have notes for his meeting. I watched some more of my show… I might have finished that night. Then went to the Fox, where Taylor, Anna, her friend who works there, and her fiancé were playing pool and darts. Then Jason and I decided to have a really romantic date… I picked up the McDonalds, and we watched The Illusionist! Awww, we forgot the candle! Haha. It was fun!
Monday, I slept in! Jason called at like 12:30, and woke me up! Oops! I tried to figure out what class I could get into… since my schedule got a little crazy… but whatever. Then I went to Jason’s work just to say hi. I talked to Megan for a little bit. Then I went to Best Buy and got The Little Mermaid with the gift card I got from Kendra! Yay! I might have finished the marathon on this night. Then watched Beauty and the Geek… the season premier! Haha… that show is pretty stupid, but whatever. I had it taped… hahaha. I’m a nerd. Then I fell asleep to The Family Stone.
Tuesday, I got up, and went to the mall with Chelsea. I had to take back that shirt I got for Christmas that was too big. I got a small in a different color because I really love the other one I got in Vail! Then I went to Ventana. My mom had to go to an appointment first, and then we went to get Chinese! Mmm! I stopped at Target, and tried on a few things… everything is so cheap! But I didn’t get anything. I have no money. Then I went to my eye appointment! New contacts! Woohoo! I can sleep with them in for up to five days in a row! Woohoo! And I have a new prescription… -5.00! Crazy! I’m so blind! It’s kind of scary! Then I went home, Morgan and Kenny picked me up and we went to Eegee’s. Then we dropped off Kenny at work, and we went to Target. Morgan got really cute shoes! Then we went to Chelsea’s, so Morgan could drop off her present. I played with Lola… and got invited over to play videogames! Hahaha! Thanks Rylan! Then I went home, and had pancake rollups! I love those! Then Morgan picked me up, and we went to JD’s. Pirate party?!?! We had some drinks and watched some Pirates! We got to meet Abby. Then we left once JD had to go to bed! Then I went to Clicks to meet up with Jason and Derek. After they were done, I went back to Jason’s and watched Texas Chainsaw Massacre The Beginning! Gross. I could NOT watch it! I went home… and had the hardest time falling asleep!
This morning, I woke up, got ready, and went to Wal*Mart and the bank. I went home, and gave my mom the medicine I picked up for her at the store. She’s home sick! My poor mom! Then I left for school. Got my parking permit. Went to the counselor’s, and they got me into a class. That’s awesome. Then Taylor got to campus, and got a parking permit too. So we went to Johnny Rocket’s for lunch. Then I went to class. It was pretty cool. This was the new class I just got into today. We watched a BBC program called My Family. It was pretty funny! You’ve got to love British humor! :) Then, once I got out, I looked for Morgan in the reading room… but there wasn’t ANYONE in there! So I went to the ILC to check my schedule for tomorrow. Plus, the class I got into today wasn’t my first pick, so I’m waiting around until 6 to see if I can get into that class. Hahaha… Joy. Back to School… Back to School…
Oh, and yesterday was my last day of winter break… EVER! (Hopefully!) :)

Alright, so much stuff has happened… I’ll try to just summarize...
That night (the 19th) Jason and I saw that movie Borat! Funny movie! I laughed, well, for the most part! Then I went to Maeve’s with Taylor and Anna and played some new card games! I love card games! It was fun.
Evan and I helped Marge bind books the Wednesday before Christmas, and then she took us out to the Olive Garden for lunch! Mmm!
I started to learn how to play Konstantine on the piano.
Christmas Eve, I went to Jason’s parent’s house. So many of people from his family were there! Some that I have met before, so I hadn’t. It was nice. We ate a ton of food. The “kids” opened their presents, which they all seemed to like what they got. Then we went to my Great Aunt and Uncle’s house. All five of us. We met up at Rachel’s place, and hung out there until my parent’s joined us. It was nice. Then the four of us (my family) went to a midnight church service at Northminister. It was beautiful! Patty (my mom’s really good friend) was there in the choir. Then we went home, and my dad read us our book! :) We are still cool like that! I love it! My mom gave us each an ornament as our Christmas Eve gift. I love mine! It’s so sparkly! Then we all finally went to bed.
The morning, we all got up around 9:00! We opened all our presents and such! I got a ton of great stuff! A digital camera, clothes, a nice warm jacket, and so much more! Everyone liked what they got. The four of us played our new game that my dad picted out! It was fun. Then my mom’s friend from work and her husband (who works at Miraval) came over. Then I added his metal band as my friend on myspace! Hahaha. I’m cool! Then Kaitlin and her parents came over! Yay! We hung out for a bit, and then Jason came once he was off work. I gave him my presents. I think he liked them. :) Then we had dinner! Mmm! Jason, Kaitlin, and I were, once again, at the kid table. Hahaha. This year it was actually connected to the big table too! Woohoo! After everyone left, Jason played our new game with my family! Hahaha. It was fun! Then I took Lucy over to Jason’s for him to watch her while we were gone. She was a little nervous! I came home, and packed!
Then we left for San Diego! Oh my god, I had a blast! The first night we walked down to the beach! Beautiful! We had some dinner at The Spot. Then walked down to Vons. We went back to our hotel, and Rachel and I stayed up and watched some tv, and then I read some in my book.
The next day was Rachel’s birthday! And, it was a crazy windy day in La Jolla! We walked along the coast, then went shopping! Then had a really nice lunch for her birthday. I had Crab Legs!!! Mmm. We went shopping some more… for hours! It was a blast. I got Rachel a birthday present, which she picked out! Yay! Then we walked down to Von’s again (the La Jolla version of what we call “Safeway”). Then we went to a little Bistro for dinner. Mmm! It was yummy too! Then Rachel and I went out to find a bar! We found a somewhat happenin’ place (haha, well it was open and there were people in it!) and made friends with the bartender. Rachel got a free birthday drink, and then he kept giving us drinks on him. Sweet! Rachel, of course, did all the talking. I was a bit drunk by the time we made our way back to our room. Then I tried to read out in the hall, but got scared I was going to pass out in the hall chair, so I decided to find a bathroom… then I had a little adventure finding my way around the hotel. Hahaha. I finally went back, and the buzz was dieing down. In the morning, we went to the Zoo! It was awesome! I took so many pictures! I love my camera! It was really fun! We took a bus tour. Then walked all around. Then too the aircab (or whatever they call it). It was so fun! Rachel wasn’t feeling the greatest, so she decided not to go out with me that night. So my parents dove me to downtown San Diego, and took me to Buca di Beppo. Spencer and his roommate met me there, and the three of us had dinner. Then we walked around downtown. We were going to go to this one place (which I don’t remember what it was called) but his roommate didn’t have a state ID (only a military one… issued from the GOVERNMENT!) whatever. So we kept on walking and went to Dick’s Last Resort. It was fun. We got a shot of something. I have no idea what it was. I the time I didn’t either, it’s not like I was drunk! I just don’t know what it was… something with a weird name. And three different things in it (two were alcohol). Then we hung out there and talked. I played along with some kids, and then the server had them lined up, had them turn around and count to three, then sprayed water on them. It was cute. That was the atmosphere of the place. Haha. it was “awesome!” Then we walked around Borders. They drove me back to La Jolla. I got to pick out the CD… and he had The Format. Really, there was no decision that had to be made! :) They dropped me off. My mom wasn’t able to sleep until I got back. So when I walked in she quietly said hi. I tried to call Jason, but he was already asleep. Then I went back to my chair in the hall, and read. The guy who was working talked to me for a minute. Then I finally turned in. Rachel was asleep in the middle of the bed, so I squeezed in on one side.
The next morning, Rachel and I slept in! My parents were at the beach when we finally got up. We got ready while they were on their way back. I talked to Jason for a while. Then we went to get some lunch! Mmm, pesto panini and soup! Awesome! Then we walked down to the beach. I sent Taylor a picture of the beach to make him jealous! I’m such a nice friend! We saw the seals on the beach! That was pretty cool! Then Rachel and I got our feet wet in the ocean! The water was cold, but I didn’t care! It was so nice! I LOVE the beach! I’ve decided to become a beach bum! Haha. Then my parents went back to take a nap, and Rachel and I shopped shopped shopped! It was awesome! The only thing I got were some really awesome sunglasses (nobody else likes them, but I LOVE them!)! Yay. I had actually been looking for some like them, for like a year, but I haven’t ever found them! Yay! Rachel got a TON of stuff! Then we went back to the hotel, and my mom decided to go to Buca di Beppo for dinner, since they didn’t eat there. So we drove back to SD and went back to that resturant. Spencer had told me they sing for birthdays, so we had them sing to Rachel. No one sang to her on her birthday, and that bummed her out. The food was awesome! I had them make a special dish for me! Haha. I had the pesto sauce they put with a salmon meal on pasta! It was delicious! Then we had a fabulous dessert! Mmmm! We drove back to the hotel, and played some games. We first played the game my dad got us for Christmas, then played the two card games that I learned from Maeve and Anna! That was a riot! Then I packed that night so I could sleep in.
I woke up, and got ready, and went down to have breakfast. Then we left, made on final swing by the ocean, and went on our way. I again spent my car time doing Sudoku, writing one lyric to every song I listened to on the page of the puzzle I was working on. It looks cool. I like it. Then I read for a while. We stopped in Vale. We went to In N Out! MMMMMMmmmmmmmm! I love that place! Then we went shopping. I got a long sleeved shirt from Old Navy. My mom got me one for Christmas, but it was too big, so I got a smaller one! It’s comfy! Then back on the road, I read some more and took a little nap. I stayed up after getting gas, and read the rest of the way home. Once home, Rachel and I uploaded pictures! Then I went to the Fox, and met up with Jason and Taylor, and Sonya, Neil, and another guy. Jason and I had some food after everyone else left. Then went back to his place, and I got to see my puppy!!
Today, Jason and I went to the airport to pick up Jessica. We drove her home, and her friend Amanda joined us, and the four of us went to Applebee’s for lunch! That is my favorite salad EVER! Then I went to pick up my puppy, and take her home. The only one with battle scars this time was Derek. He was playing with my puppy, and she won! Hahaha. She’s a fun dog! Now I’m at home, and I think we finally have some plans for tonight! Phew! So I’m going to get ready and leave! Happy New Year! 2007!!! Crazy! Peace! |

| It's begining to feel a lot like Christmas! |

Alright. Saturday, we got up, and went tree shopping! We found a really pretty one right on our corner. Rachel, Ben, and Jason came over. My dad made eggnog, and my mom made chili. We decorated the tree and watched Mixed Nuts! I love that movie! Then we took our Christmas card picture! It’s cute! Then Jason left to get ready, and I tried on a ton of different outfits, and ended up wearing a black dress. Jason looked really nice all dressed up (a tie and everything). We went to Jessica’s party! It was so fun. I made some fudge with my mom to bring. We also picked up a meat and cheese platter. It was fun! We had music on, and had holiday movies on in the background. Then we played some card games. Had some Jello shots! Mmm. It was really fun. Then on the way back, we stopped at Oldfather Inn, to try and catch DJ… but we were too later, but Jen and Chubs were still there. It was a really fun day!
Sunday, I went to a “Tea” party with my mom! It was really fun! It was just a party with lots of food and mimosas! Yummy! Later on, Morgan and I met up at Risky’s while Kenny was working. Then JD and Jason joined us. Kenny’s co-worker, Kevin, was working, and we got to talking to him. Ends up, he has Kaitlin’s lettermen’s jacket! Weird! So it ends up they were really good friends! How crazy! I miss Kaitlin. I’ll see her on Christmas! Yay!
Monday, I was going to go to lunch with my dad, but he came home with a really bad headache. So I went to Ventana for lunch with my mom! Then I hung out at Taylor’s Blockbuster for a while. Then came home, and had some soup with my dad. He made some more Chex mix! Mmm! I made a gingerbread cake for my mom’s bunco night. Then I made dinner to have when she got home! I talked to Marge, and I’m going to meet her on Wednesday to help her with the books! I went to Jason’s, and the two of us, Derek, and Casey went to Clicks. I played Sudoku! I’m a nerd.
Today, I got up early, and checked student link! I only have one grade back… and it’s an A!!!! I’m so happy! I got an A in Dr. Pettey’s class!!! Woohoo!!! And that’s the only grade I have… so I have a 4.0 so far this semester! :) So then my mom and I went and volunteered for the women’s shelter! It was so awesome! The mom’s could go shopping for their kids, and the kids could pick stuff out for their mom! And the family we worked with had three kids, and the mom got to get a TON of stuff for them! It was amazing! The three kids each got two huge bags full of stuff! It was so amazing! It’s great that there are placing that do stuff like that! Then my mom and I went to the mall. She got me a cute shirt! It is so feminine! I love it! We had some lunch there, and then came home. I took a nice long nap! Then I woke up, and my dad came home. A package from his sister came… with a present for Matt and Brooke! Hahaha, and they got one for my mom and me! Hahaha. There was a little mix-up. Haha. Then my mom got ready for bunco, and I helped clean a little bit. Now I’m hiding in the spare room, while all the bunco ladies are here. Jason’s on his way, and we are going to see Borat. Haha. Then I might meet up with Anna and Maeve. We’ll see. I love being out of school! I’m so happy about my A! :)

Alright, I know it’s long… but school is OVER! Yay!
After Sign Language on Tuesday, I went to Jason’s, and made him wake up to open the door for me! :) Sleep is good!
Wednesday, Taylor and I got some food at The Honey Baked Ham store! Kim (the bartender at Julia’s) was working, which is why we went there. Then I went to my last regular class of the semester. I got out pretty early, and met up with Taylor and Anna at Clicks! After Clicks, I met up with Morgan and Kenny at Starbucks. Then came home to watch the season finale of America’s Next Top Model with Rachel and Jen! Yay, Caride won!
Thursday, I went to lab some what early to study (and get some last minute “hours” in), then took my final. Joy. I met up with the guys (Jason, Taylor, Derek, Pat, and Taylor’s Dad) at Clicks.
Friday, I went shopping! I made my mom stop by to help me decide. Then we met my dad at Risky Business. We waited to have Kenny as our server! After dinner, my parents went home, and I waited for Morgan and Jason to join me. We sat and talked for a while, and then Morgan left to go on her date. Then Jason and I went to Deanna’s birthday party! They were salsa-dancing queens! Haha. Then Morgan stopped by after her date.
Saturday, I wrapped some presents for my mom! Yay for Christmas! Later on, Taylor convinced me to go to the hockey game! It was really fun! JB and his fiancé went. Then we went to Clicks and waited for Jason and Derek to join us. Once Jason got there, the two of us went to Travis’ going away part. I saw Jose, Shane, and Mike from Michelangelo’s! It was fun to see everyone. Then we drove back (getting a little lost on the way back) and picked up the guys from Clicks.
Sunday, I made Jason watch Elf with me! I like that movie… he doesn’t. So I started it while he was on the phone with work, and then he finished it with me! :) Then I went home, and my parents, Rachel, and I went to the holiday party we go to every year at Sara’s. It was fun. They had some nice white wine… which was nice too! They make latkes (with applesauce!) and a ton of other food! They asked me if I was still into going into the ministry… I don’t think that was me… Yeah, you were really involved with it… oh yeah, but I don’t think I was looking at that for a career choice… awkward… I guess it’s been a while since I talked while I was there! Rachel and I had our food out back, and had some quality sister talk. Then we got really cold, so we joined our parents, and sat on the porch. It was so beautiful! I didn’t really talk a lot. (Sara pointed out that I would have been hiding behind my mother before when she tried to talk to me, so I had made an improvement.) Whatever. It was fun. Afterwards, I met the guys (Jason, Taylor, and Derek) at Clicks.
Monday, I had two finals. I had studied all night after Clicks, and woke up a few hours later and studied some more. Got to school early, and studied some more. That stupid music class is the stupidest class I’ve ever taken! Grrr! After that final (Hallelujah, I’m done with that class!) I studied for Pettey’s class. Even though I needed to go home and study, I went home, had some dinner, and went to Starbucks with Morgan! Yay! Then I came home, tried to study… and passes out.
Tuesday I went to school early, and typed a paper. There was a fire alarm that when off one sentence into my paper! Haha. But it only lasted a minute, so I went right back and wrote the paper for my final. Then Jasmin joined me in the ILC, and we studied some. Brett came to join us too. We all got distracted and Brett looked up an It’s a Wonderful Life clip. Hahaha. Then we left to take our final. I think it went pretty well! I drove to Jason’s, and the three of us left to go to the concert! We had some McD’s on the way. Once we got there, Bayside was playing. They were pretty good! Then Anna and Taylor came down from the seats, and Meave joined them, once they decided to be cool and give up the seats. Then Unwritten Law came one! I love Scott! But luckily, so does my boyfriend, so it’s not a bad thing! :) They were awesome, like always! Then Jet came on! I hadn’t seen them live before! They were really fun! After the show, the guys I went with were lame and went to bed (they had this thing called “work” in the morning…) so I met up with Taylor, Anna, and Meave at the Fox. I went to Walmart afterwards, and then talked Taylor home, so he wouldn’t fall asleep!
Wednesday I went with Morgan on a “date.” Joy… my say is NO! Haha. But he did get my soup for me! That was nice. Then we went to Chelsea’s house, and I straightened her hair. I must say, it looked beautiful! Then we drove back to the U, and watched Chelsea like we were proud parents. Of course, I cried. Last semester, when Dave graduated, I was so happy for him… but didn’t really think about me graduating… but this time… I was happy for her, but then got really excited/nervous for myself. One more year! Next December, that will be me! I hope! Next semester is Morgan, then the next semester is me. Crazy! Chelsea, Rylan, both of their parents, Morgan, and I went to Li’l Abner’s. How fun! Morgan and I kind of took the “long” way there… but we made it eventually! The food was awesome! Then Morgan and I went to Target while we waited for Kenny and JD. We met them and their co-workers at Plush. Then we went to Che’s, then to Congress. Chris, from my sign language class, was there. So were Chris and Scott. We saw the band Shiny Toy Guns. They were so good! I couldn’t take my eyes off the drummer! He was amazing to watch! Then we went back to Che’s. Then took off to Nico’s. I drove after we left the bars… I was the sober one! Haha. And drove home after Nico’s. I have decided to always be the DD if I can drive Morgan’s car! I love her car! Plus, being the DD is cheap, and when you don’t have money, it works! Haha. So I went home… and studied. Boo.
Thursday, I got up after an hour or two of sleep, and went to school. I took my business final, and came home. Set up a time for my sign final, and left right away to go take it! It was weird taking my last sign final EVER! I’m actually going to kind of miss taking that class. I love learning sign! Then I came home, and did some wash. I went to Ventana, and went to lunch with Taylor and his co-workers. My mom couldn’t get off for lunch, she was so busy! :( Then I went back home, and Chelsea picked me up, and we met Morgan and Kenny at Zona78. MMMmmm! I had some humus! We had a little too much fun with the camera! I love it! Then I went home, took an hour nap while I watched a little Home Alone. Then, once my mom got home, we went to Golden Dragon! I love that place! It is my all time favorite! They took me out for finishing the (yet another) semester! Awwww. I love my parents! Then Jason picked me up, and we went to a meeting. We got a free trip to Las Vegas! Woohoo!
This morning, I slept in! Awesome! No school!!!! I love it! For the third day in a row… Morgan, Chelsea, and I hung out! Crazy! We went to Barns & Nobel, and Chelsea got some stuff. We looked around for a long time! There are some crazy books in there. Then we walked over to Old Navy, and decided having no money sucks! We continued to walk around the mall, and Morgan got a cookie! Then I came home, and did NOTHING! How nice! I got ready, and then my mom picked me up when she got off work. We drove to the other side of town (aka, right next to my dad’s work, and Jason’s work). My great uncle Art had his 90th birthday party! It was so fun! We got to see Stacy’s new baby! What a cutie! And her other son, Luke, is so sweet! I was playing with him while we were eating. The food was really good too! We drank margarita’s all night! Mmmm! When we left, we went out looking for a Christmas tree, but had no luck finding anything thing open. So we will get it in the morning! Yay! We came home, and got comfy. We watched a saved Oprah, about baby cries. It was really interesting! There were other amazing stories about a boy who is blind, and gets around by clicking, and hearing his way around! And this other lady had half her scull removed, and stored inside her stomach and put in a coma while her brain’s swelling went down. Then Oprah reunited the lady and the doctor who saved her life. It was the first time she had ever met him (out of her coma). Tears, tears, tears! Then my mom and I started White Christmas! I love watching that movie every year. I rented it for the two of us to watch! We both fell asleep! I tried to go back to sleep… but I couldn’t so I wrote this instead! Haha. Alright. I’m going to sleep now. Peace! |

I'm so tired... I don't even remember this past week... It's been so crazy!
Fiday... John had "happy hour" at his place. We got Mama's Pizza! Adam was there. Morgan came by. She should not have been driving... but she wouldn't let us pick her up! She was funny. I went to Famous Sam's afterward. I missed JD, but Taylor, Kenny, and Spencer were all there. It was fun.
Saturday Chelsea, Rylan, Taylor, and I went to get "breakfast" but they stopped serving breakfast before we got there… But it was fun. Then I met up with Morgan, and we went to Risky’s and hung out in Kenny’s section. Stopped by Target. Then I went home… and tried to do some school stuff… Stupid assignment that got me to the state I’m in right now… went to Kinko’s to make copies. Drove down to BBV (the one on the other side of town), but then went back to my side, and studied at Barns and Noble. Then went home, got ready, and went to Jason’s. We went to the Depot, with Anna, Taylor, Spencer, Steve, his girlfriend, and some other guys I didn’t know. Yay! It was fun. Then we went to Clicks. More fun.
Sunday, went home, tried to get some stuff together for my assignment, then left for the ILC… meet my classmates. We worked on the assignment for like four or five hours. I got caught in the middle again… and then finally broke down by the end of the day. I vented to Jason, and I feel bad that he got the full blow, but I couldn’t help it! I had a really bad, long, crazy day! So I passed out.
Monday, I went to school really early to go to a recording session (to try and get a little extra credit for this stupid class) and waited for Jasmine. After that, I drove to meet my dad for lunch at Arby’s. Mmmm. I love my papa! Stopped by BBV because I really just needed a hug, and then went to the bank. Then went to another recording session (this one off campus), and meet Jasmine there. After that, I went to class, and then to section. Then Jasmine and I went to the ILC again, and Pat joined back up with us. We worked for some more hours on this stupid project. I hate it! Grrr. Then this other guy (who we met at the second recording studio) came, and he was just starting! Crazy! Then, once we were done with what we could be, Jasmine and I went to get some food at the Underground place. Then I finally made it to my car around 10! Jason was already BACK at work. He had to open, then go back for inventory, and then open the next morning too. I went home, and worked on my stuff FOREVER! I finally decided to try and get some sleep at 5:00am. I over slept (I wanted to only sleep for and hour) but I got a little more. Got up, got ready, and went to class. Gah. Then after class, I camped in the ILC… and stayed until my class. Bah! I’m tired. Booo! Grrr. I’m tired, and I have to go to class!

Saturday, Jason and I went to John’s new place for a BBQ. I like his place. The backyard is huge! It was fun hanging out with all of those guys. Jason fell right to sleep, but I stayed up (for a little bit) and started watching Pirates (number TWO!)! Yay!
Sunday, Rachel, Ben, Jen, Jason, and Murry, all came over for dinner. My mom made some more of that delicious soup! Mmmm. It was fun having dinner with everyone here! After the guys went home, I watched ANTM (I had already seen them…) with Rachel and Jen.
Today, I really didn’t do too much before I went to school. I studied a tiny bit… and then went to class. Took my quiz, which was moderate… and then came home for some dinner. After dinner, I printed out notes, and then went to the Fox and Hound to meet Taylor. Mark was there… he’s a little odd. It was nice. Then I went to Barns and Noble to study. I got some coffee and a cookie! Yum! Then Jason met me there! What a nice guy. I didn’t get too much studying done. I’ll study more tomorrow. I came home and typed my homework. Now I’m just being stupid for staying awake. I was trying to find some Christmas songs on myspace… and didn’t have any luck. I’ll try later… I’m going to go pass out. Peace. |
